No issue in Michigan is more important to Tim than providing access to a quality education for all students, regardless of their zip code. As a frontline advocate for funding students, not systems for the past 25 years, Tim believes parents and families make the best decisions for their children, not Lansing bureaucrats. Tim will fight to keep Critical Race Theory and inappropriate sexual content out of our classrooms, and put concerned parents back in charge.

Michigan bureaucrats continue to take local control away from the residents in their very own districts, allowing inefficient eyesores masquerading as power generation to be put up in your backyard. Tim will work restore local control of energy poduction.

Michigan needs to be the right decision for businesses and individuals alike- meaning it has to be affordable. Taxation, energy, the costs of living in Michigan have to make sense to grow a business and family. Tim will encourage and support efforts to lower the costs of everyday living to make Michigan a destination by choice, not by chance.

Trust in government is at a historic low. Michigan’s redistricting structure and Democrat majorities in the House and Senate have left local communities and families with less freedoms and choices in their personal lives. Lansing officials continue to take opportunities away from Michiganders. Government should be responsive, not oppressive.

Tim believes that human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection until natural death. He believes its not the governments place- at any level- to provide assistance to receive an abortion.

Simple and common sense measures like photo ID, citizenship requirements, and chain of custody laws must be strictly adhered to. As your next State Representative, I promise to fight attempts to hand over our state’s rights to "federalize" state and local elections.
